kumasi, ghana

Kumasi, take two. It's a pretty huge and sprawling city, it took us about 45 minutes to drive across it yesterday. Estimated population is over a million. This time we're having a quick stop to transfer us down to the beach.

The rainy season has started, yesterday we enjoyed about eight hours of solid rain. Yay. Hopefully this doesn't keep up too much, or the extra week we have here is going to be dismal. The Dragoman trip officially ends on Wed, 6/24, and we fly back to Madrid on 7/3. What to do?

Probably going to spend lots of time on the coast, relaxing, and being bored. Maybe we can find a cheap bookstore in Accra to stock up. Definitely going to get some custom shirts made--the colors of fabrics here are awesome.

This afternoon? A canopy walk.
